The OUTLET detail on this item is that it’s had the button repaired (at John Whitaker).

This breeches has diamante bit on the waist and contrasting stitching.  They also have a stretch fabric around the ankle eliminating the need for the velcro tabs.  So no more pulls in your other clothes caused by the velcro not stuck properly.
